Roseann is a highly skilled attorney with more than 35 years of experience in the legal field, including nearly 30 years as a practicing attorney. Admitted to practice before the Massachusetts and Federal Bars, with a focus on corporate and contract law, family and domestic relations law, and the provision of paymaster services to business clients. She brings extensive legal knowledge, practical experience, and professional skill to corporate transactions, contractual matters, family and domestic relations matters, and client service. Roseann attended Tufts University as an undergraduate, where she was a member of the Beta Chapter of the Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority before attaining a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. She then attended the Massachusetts School of Law and was a member of the Law Review before graduating with Cum Laude honors. Roseann is also a longtime committee volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association.

Albert is a senior executive with 40+ years of experience in bankruptcy, corporate, contract, and business law, including high-level paymaster services. Combines legal judgment, executive leadership, business strategy, engineering training, and technology-industry experience. He has led SEC-reporting public and private companies as CEO in international venues. He deftly integrates legal, business, and operational considerations into executive decisions. Served 23 years in elected local government and is a U.S. Army veteran. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, an MBA from George Washington University, and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University.
